FEE SCHEDULE


Facility use: Up to 1/2 day $25 and $50 for full day (per facility)

An additional $50 / day thereafter (per facility)

Kitchen use $50 / day

Facility use deposit $100


If facility is not vacated and cleaned at the designated "End of event", an additional $50 / hour fee will be accessed


Applicant agrees to all rules and regulations by submitting this form


All fees and any required Certificates of Insurance must be recieved by PTAC seven days before event start.

Applicantion approval is not assumed final until all fees and required documents are received by PTAC and applicant receives written approval from PTAC
